Always come here. They take coupons and they are pretty fast with food. I always ask for no salt on my fries to get it fresh and add Extra pickles to my sandwiches. Fast and convenient. No problems as of yet. Except sometimes they do become slow at certain hours.

Came here around 11:30pm late night food for myself and peeps. Lol. However, I was really shocked that there was no line at the drive thru. But why I'm giving this place 5 stars because the workers. One small talk makes there job easier. Even though there was no line I was taking to the worker at the first window and it was a nice conversation and it stated by me saying how are you? I remember before the workers looked mad but hey I always try to lighten up the mood. Even better was the second window person said hey how are you? I was like wow there in a happy mood lol. Anyways thank you again for an awesome happy small conversation. Makes me smile!!! "I'm lovin' it" lol

most of the time I've gotten the correct order. sometimes they forget to put in the condiments, like the mc nuggets dipping sauce. or forget to make it plain. but this is a first. ordered a plain cheese burger and got a plain cheese sandwich. no hamburger patty! it cost me more to drive back then the cost of the burger. what made it worst is they just slapped a microwaved patty on my bun and sent me on my way!

I've always had an issue when going through the Drive-Thru at this location. It is super convenient to where I live so I continue to come back, but they have on a few occasions forgotten something or gotten my order wrong when I go through the Drive-Thru. I tend to stick with walking in, but today I hit the Drive-Thru and they forgot a straw, so I guess I got what I deserved knowing better!

  • Alexander G.

Went to get breakfast. While waiting for my food, I saw a worker making sandwiches with no gloves on. Touching the bread, eggs and cheese with sweaty hands. From Now on i will go to the new one in Ewa instead of Ewa beach.

No matter what time you go to this location, their drive-thru is always busy. I still like going to this location though. If you don't like waiting, you might think of just going inside to order your food, but the good thing is they have 2 lines in the drive-thru to move the traffic, so the wait is never really that long. Some drive-thrus they ask you to wait on the side in the parking lot for your food, but i've never had to do this at this location. Right now they have the McTeri burger, so if you want this seasonal item, this is the location to go to. Second, I've never had an order come out wrong, whether it's a small order or a large order. So that's what I appreciate about this location. Also, another location at Laulani village is coming soon. It's just a few minutes away from this shopping center. So i'm sure that will alleviate any wait at the Ewa Beach shopping ctr location.

I was hungry at 1 am. I didn't know that a half hour later that I would, I would still be sitting in my car in the drive thru. I mean, 10-15 minutes is acceptable but still pushing it. Waiting almost 45 minutes for the mediocre, stale food is not worth it. Drive to Wendy's in Kapolei.

    (1)
  • Victoria A.

Drive thru is moving quickly this morning. The crew was particularly friendly this morning and without skipping a beat, apologetic for having me wait for my food (it wasn't even really waiting). My grown kids like McDonalds and everything was packed right with the correct items....and I even got napkins this time!

  • Ram K.

Been here millions of times since my last review, not saying much for my eating habits. LOL. They added a second drive thru lane! About time imo. I've been here for meals or just a frappe before work or even breakfast after work. However this visit was because I had the munchies. 20 piece mcnuggets and oreo mcflurry. In and out in 5 minutes if that.

  • Ksenia C.

Food is great. Services can be spotty. Some days it's great. Other days it's awful. They also Shu away homeless people that are always there

An awkward place to review because a McDonald's is a McDonald's, right? Well, this particular McDonald's is my favorite on the island. I have a requirement of fresh french fries. I hate going through a drive thru (which is supposed to be quick) and then getting stale fries and being told you would have to wait 7 minutes for a fresh batch. In all my years of coming to this location, I haven't once had bad french fries. They are the kids favorite too. I like the new concept of the mini fries that come with the kids meal. They are a perfect size for the little ones! They hold them well and it is just enough...for the littler guys anyway. If the line gets long (which is most of the time), they have someone walking to each vehicle to get the order and get ahead. Good job McDonald's Ewa!

  • Christa B.

You all know how McDonald's food taste, so this review is based on service and cleanliness. This McDonald's has the nicest employees and they're lightening fast! I went through the drive through for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I was behind 8 cars and got out in 3 minutes! And my order was accurate with napkins, utensils, and straws in my bag. Super fast service and not a thing left out. Thanks guys!

It's usually packed with people when I go there. The lines are long. There's so many workers behind that counter..I don't understand why it takes so long to get a McChicken and a McDouble out. I would see people making bigger orders than mine and getting their orders out way faster than mine would. The tables are usually dirty. The only place that's dirtier is the -yes- restroom. There's a disgusting warmth to the restroom and it often smells like pee. You can feel the air in there. It's like..ammonia hitting your face. I avoid going there if possible. After school is the worst. Loud and obnoxious kids with potty mouths all up in this place. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you got stupid kids whoopin and hollerin retarded things in foul language. I don't want my child to hear that stuff. Most times I just take my stuff to go. I HATE dining in. The workers seem to be in their own world, minus this one woman. I love that lady lol. There's a security worker that doesn't do ANYTHING, even when people are being crazy. The fries suck. I ask for a fresh batch, they just shuffle the fries around, add more salt and try to give me the same batch. If I complain, they complain and make the order and end up giving me less than what they were originally giving me. Horrible. The McDoubles are sloppy. In fact, most of the sandwiches I get is sandwich with lettuce on the (out)side. Wtf. There's always a long wait for the drive thru. Right now they're renovating, Idk if that's contributing to their already slow service to being even MORE slow. Blah. Idk. I don't like it here, but my ladylove loves her cheeseburgers. sigh. Take your stuff to go, and be on it when it comes to your food. Check your food at the counter or while you're at the window. You're a paying customer, make sure they're getting your order right.

I remember when this place did not look as nice as it does now. Now, it is the place to be. There is free wifi too! The restrooms still do not accommodate more than two people. There is a lot of seating, but the seats get taken up so fast all the time that it makes you wonder if all that seating is enough seating. The staff here is nice, for the most part. Good luck in getting your order right during a rush. There is a bankoh atm machine here, just inside the main entrance. Be on the lookout for special deals that they may have. There are usually huge banners outside with the latest deals. Breakfast ends at 10:30am and the dining in area closes at 11:00pm. The drive through is 24/7. The dining in area opens back up around 5:00am. There is a new dollar menu, but I am sure most people already know that.

I've been going to this McDonald's for a long time. I reminisce of going to McDonald's after school or during school in my High School years. This McDonald's is very clean. It also has this cool table with lights dancing on it which is nice. I remember when this McDonald's resembled a old school joint. Now it has taken a more sleek and modern look. The workers here are very friendly. The workers display great customer service and they are fairly quick. This McDonald's is conveniently located near the bus stop, when I'm waiting for the bus I always go to McDonald's for a quick snack if my bus route isn't coming yet. Overall, I love this McDonald's!

Jus went thru drive thru n the worker wuz bitch. Pardon the vulgarity but I acted the same way right back go her. Unreal! Next time I see her I hope she rmbrs me.

Service here SUCKS!!! Ordered a breakfast sandwich, ask to sub folded egg for round egg but they charged me for it, spoke to manager and it get no refund. What the hell?!? Thought all were the McDonalds were the same???

  • Shy K.

Let me start off by saying mcdonalds isn't a place to go if your looking for good customer service. However, the Ewa Beach Mcdonald takes the cake. The drive through is always super long. It usually starts on the road. Than you need to wait 20-30 min just to reach the payment window. It's like all the workers hate their job so they move extra slow. If your car is near E and your thinking of going to mcdonalds I suggest u stop by 711 to put gas first. You wait will be super long. They have no customer service what so ever. They always mess up your order. I'd rather drive to Wendy's or jacks than wait in that line for poor customer service. When is jacks coming to ewa?

This is our Sunday Night hangout with our church family. As I write that, I realize that we've been doing this for almost 10 years. Anyhow, I remember when this McDonald's used to be connected to the Ewa Beach bowling alley until the entire shopping center decided to renovate and McDonald's built their own building within the center. Throughout the years, they've included an ice cream area but that is no longer there. However, the service is still great even though I could share a recent experience of one encounter with a grouchy employee but I am hoping that this employee is more pleasant because overall, the service has always been friendly and quick. If I don't have to...I will not go through their Drive-thru because there is always a line while the Burger King across the street looks lonely and dismal. Even though I am listing myself as a fan...I am SAD that they did away with the ICEE!!! *ugly cry* what is up with THAT?! They were the go-to food establishment in Ewa Beach because 7-11's slurpee machine lights are always blinking *sad face* Overall, the food served is not greasy or messy. Their service flow to keep the lines moving is very efficient. I still love me some Quarter Pounder with Cheese (Plain), Fries, and Coke *YUM*

  • Shari L.

This McDonald's is so much more friendlier and faster then the new Laulani McDonald its farther but I'd rather drive a little farther for good fast friendly service then to be waiting forever just to order and to get my order doesn't matter if drive through or dine in they are so slow and most of the time they don't know what their doing. ATM ice cream cone is $.75 that's a deal.

  • Rachael R.

I honestly think this McDonald's is one of the 'neatest' as far as their food presentation. Lol, my BF told me about it & I must agree w/ him. It's not the usual 'messy' burger arrangements, it looks fresh and appetizing! I mean, it's 'junk food' that looks good. LMAO! Drive-Thru is ALWAYS busy.

Mid afternoon - no one else in line. Two feet from the register is a large poster promoting their new sandwich and if you order the sandwich they give you a free medium drink and fries, sweet. So I ask for the sandwich, fries and drink. So you want the meal? No, the sandwich and the included free drink and fries. Huh?? We don't do that. It's right there on the poster 2 feed from you. Oh, so now the order increases by $8. No! Ok, what do you want? I want the sandwich, the free fries and drink. Huh? Oh, ok, so now it is $15. Clearly I have a cashier with no clue. She meekly tries to get another employee to help her, who doesn't. Finally another manager? comes by and asks what I want, I point out the poster to her. She looks at in surprise, like it's the first time she saw it. You want a large drink? Uh, no, it comes with a free medium, why would I upgrade to a large so you can charge me for it? By now, there are 8 people in line. They finally get the order right after about 10 minutes. So, employee training here is not the best. I did get a followup call from the manager, who offered me a hamburger if I'd come back in.

The drive through at this McDonald's is never-ending. Every time my bf and I decide to try our luck with the drive-through it's a no go because it's just ridiculous. It's a rarity that the line will be short and when it does get short, it will not last long. The inside tends to also get busy. I am thankful that BK and Taco Bell are just a few minutes away. What I like about this place though is that it is open 24 hours (the drive-thru). McDonald's will always open its yellow arms to welcome me in the wie hours of the night. Late night cravings of pepsi icee float kicks in but it is a hit or miss as the ice-cream or icee machine breaks down or run's out. Fortunately, BK is right next door to offer icee floats too. I can't really say anything about the food because well, it's McDonald's. It'll taste the same anywhere I go. My only complaint is...PLEASE BRING BACK THE 99cent ANY SIZE DRINKS!

there isnt much to tell you about mcdonalds. everyone has been here and the menu hasnt changed for the past 200 years. the only difference with this one is the drivve thru. it is the longest and busiest one ive ever seen. value menu is the way to go.

  • Richard H.

Mcdonalds ewa beach is a really nice place to sit down and eat. They just finished their renovations and added their 2 lane drive thru. I believe that this mcdonalds is trying their best to keep up with the demands and modernizing their store well. The service is really good and they push orders at a constant pace. Only at late night hours is when the line gets backed up. It seems like the orders get pushed out way slower than normal.

SHAMROCK SHAKE Heard they used to sell this shake several years ago. I tried it last night, & it's not all that great. Maybe it was because the workers forgot my damn straw so i wasnt able to enjoy it how i wanted to. Like their job is hard to forget that. Maybe i'll try it one more time just to get a second opinion

  • AMY D.

This is normally a fast trip but it's the longest that I've experienced.here in the drive-thru. Don't you people know what you want already? I mean seriously, McDonald's has the same menu...it's been that way for years.

  • M. D.

I come here EVERYMORNING to get my fix on my large iced coffee! The service is excellent! There's always a line at the drive through but they take care of their customers by an additional employee taking ypur orders way before you reach the ordering booth. The service is pretty quick! It's the customers who had ample time to decide on what to order that procrastinate when it's their turn. PAIN! .....their excellent service brings me here EVERYDAY! The morning crew rocks!! (sorry i only have my iced coffee in the morning). I'm sure the evening crew kick **s too!!

  • Tiani D.

I live about 5 minutes away so I'm here when I'm to lazy to cook. Morning time this place is literally filled with senior citizens and coffee. Inside it wont be too busy, just alot of chattering going on amongst them, and hardly any tables to sit at. The drive through gets packed but moves along pretty quickly depending on who is taking the orders and making the orders. They are friendly and arent mean like the Burger King people right across the street from McDonalds. Lunch time is usually a little dead inside, but the lines are the same (even through dinner time). They can be a little stingy with the napkins too. ): Although my fries are always fresh and hot and so is my chicken nuggest. I can NEVER EVER leave here without buying their "Bakers Dozen" of chocolate chip cookies!!!! Theres not really much I can say because there are a billion of other mickey d's and there cant be that much of a big difference than the atmosphere and workers right...RIGHT?

i can't give a higher mark - staff is reasonably okay _ BUT you ALWAYS need to double check - - - many times we order take out and something is missing when we get home - EVEN with managers "checking" the orders __ the ONE huge annoyance is one of their guards __ dunno what makes him qualified for the job __ he is a caucasian guy - older like in his fifties- rotund _ and ALWAYS has a coffee cup with him _ he does not work - but you see him ALWAYS occupying a chair and moving from one end of the restaurant to the next _ when school is in session __ their are teens who monopolize the tables and for long periods of time - maybe five or six - and one person with a drink - annoying when you have kids along with you and you want to sit in and enjoy a meal __ when school is in session also __ their are SO many kids blocking the doors and outside the restaurant making it difficult to enter__ smoking and last time i saw _ smoking pot _ i made a complaint to corporate _ cos it is annoying to see such a person employed there and not doing their job __ corporate did send me a reply stating that they informed the owner ~ who also owns the Waipahu - store as well _ the experience is ok - cept for the days this man "guards" the restaurant ___ EVEN employees there are angry he is paid for doing nothing _ but he must know the owner well - for him to be paid for NOTHING - arrrrrggghhhhhhhh
